Do NOT trust your Caller ID.

Do not believe your caller ID. Scammers can spoof the caller ID to display anything they want it to display. Have you ever had your own phone number call you? That was caller ID spoofing.  The number displayed is the number calling you. It is information the scammer told your caller ID to display.
